We want your shopping experience to be easy and secure, so we have taken great care to ensure your satisfaction. Your product will have a tracking number, be insured, and shipped in a secure enclosed package direct from Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada using Canada Post, Fedex or DHL.

Depending on availability of products we process orders within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your order. Depending on destination country and custom clearance, expected delivery time is 7 to 15 days from being shipped. 

Canada - Shipping to Canadian destinations is FREE.

United States - Shipping is FREE within the continental United States. Shipping fees do not include fees related to duties or fees at customs clearance on our product shipped from Canada.

Europe - Shipping to the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Russia, Germany and most parts of Europe has a flat shipping fee of $75.00. Shipping fees do not include fees related to duty or customs clearance on products shipped from Canada.

Asia -  Shipping to Japan, Hong Kong or most parts of Asia is a flat rate of $85.00. Shipping fees do not include fees related to duty or customs clearance on products shipped from Canada.

Australia - Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $95.00. Shipping fees do not include fees related to duty or customs clearance on products shipped from Canada.

Return Policy

Please read carefully, if you have any questions contact us At Canadian Made Mukluks our policy is to accept returns on defective merchandise or items that are the wrong size. 

No refunds will be issued. We will gladly exchange the defective merchandise or give you a credit to be used on your next order as long as the following conditions are met: Defective items must be reported to us within 3 days of the customer receiving the merchandise and returned no later than 15 days of the date of receipt of a Return Authorization Number.

All customers require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) number in order to return their merchandise. The number must be clearly marked on the returned parcel as: Canadian Made Mukluks RA#. We cannot process your order without the RA# marked being clearly on the outside of your return parcel.

Customer returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items. The credit will not be issued on the returned items without the original packaging materials.  Return items must be sent back within 15 days prepaid and insured by a traceable carrier such as DHL, UPS or USPS, FEDEX, Canada Post.

Return shipping charges are at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable (except for defective products). Returns sent COD will be refused. We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS, DHL, FEDEX shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with the Postal provider. It may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to resolve through insurance claim.

Leather, as a natural material, has slight variations and imperfections between and among pairs. This is completely normal and is considered to add to the beauty of each individual piece. Embellishments such as beadwork and other decorations are not covered with any warranty.
