Expected delivery time using Canada Post or Fed ex to Western and Central Canada will take approximately 6-8 business days. Shipping to Eastern Canada will take between 10 and 14 business days. Shipping to Canadian destinations are free.
United States
Shipping to mainland USA will take between 10-14 days using Fedex ground.Shipping is free within the continental United States. Shipping to the United States does not include fees, duties on our products shipped from Canada. All orders are usually sent in 2 or 3 business days
depending on availability.
Europe
Shipping to the United Kingdon, France, Italy, Russia, Germany and most parts of Europe will take approximately 7 to 14 business days using Fedex from Winnipeg, Canada. All orders are usually sent in 1 or 2 business days depending on availability. Shipping fees to these countries are based on a flat shipping rate of $45.00.
Asia
Shipping to Japan, Hong Kong or most parts of Asia will take approximately 10 to 14 business days using Fedex from Winnipeg, Canada. Shipping fees do not include fees related to duties or fees at customs clearance on our products shipped from Canada Shipping fees to these regions are based on a flat shipping rate of $55.00
Austrailia

At Canadian made Mukluks our policy is to only accept returns on defective merchandise. No refunds will be issued. We will gladly exchange the defective merchandise or give you a credit to be used on your next order as long as the following conditions are met:Defective items must be reported to us within 5 days of the customer receiving the merchandise and returned no later than 30 days of the date of receipt. All customers need to have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) number in order to return their merchandise the number must be clearly marked on the returned parcel when we receive it.

The credit will not be issued to the return items without the original packaging materials.Return items must be sent back within 30 days prepaid and insured by a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS, FEDEX, Canada Post.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns sent COD will be refused.We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS, DHL, FEDEX shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with the Postal provider. It may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to resolve through insurance claim. Defective shoes are any footwear that is flawed concerning workmanship. Leather, as a natural material, has slight variations and imperfections between and among pairs. This is completely normal and is considered to add to the beauty of each individual piece. Embellishments such as beadwork and other decorations are not covered with any warranty.
